We  keep our terms and conditions to a minimum but require 72 hours notice for numbers on jobs under 50 covers and 7 days notice for jobs over 50 covers. After this numbers can go up until the day before.For  special dietary requirements we require 48 hours notice

For more formal functions which are planned well in advance for example Wedding breakfast the following terms and conditions will apply;-

- A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to confirm the booking.

- 50% payment must be made 12 weeks prior to the event.

- Final Balance 4 weeks before function date.

- Any outstanding drinks bill must be settled on the night

- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

- 50% @ 12 weeks notice.  100% @ 4 weeks notice.

- Prices are exclusive of V.A.T @17.5%
